Mom's knees

Yesterday my Mom went in for knee replacement surgery. Wonderful Leslie (my sis) is able to be the one to sit with her and coordinate support for her. Thank you Leslie. My Mom is doing great. She had the one knee done and is scheduled for the other next week. Even in all the pain right after the surgery she commented that she could touch the back of her knee to the bed. She hasn't been able to do that for years. Also she doesn't feel all the bone spurs in her knee as it bends and unbends. She has no qualms to do the other knee next week.
